Motability is a government-funded scheme for individuals with disability or mobility difficulties and who are claiming the higher rate allowances (Personal Independence Payment or Disability Living Allowance) to access a brand new car. You can exchange all, or part of the allowance towards the lease with the servicing, maintenance, breakdown cover, windscreen repair and replacement all covered by the scheme.
